Need Identification

We begin with the top management team:

• To identify a priority project to serve as the basis (practice context) for examining and understanding the problems relating to innovation management in your firm;
• To assemble a small team of managers who will create experiments and scalable initiatives aimed at re-inventing the innovation ecosystem;
• To identify a company mentor who will frame the innovation challenge, coach at critical milestones, and together with TMT make a Go/No Go decision for the implementation of the project after sufficient development.
